A spokesperson for Home Move commented: “"The market in Morocco is still considered to be one of the strongest investment options around the globe. The country is becoming increasingly popular as a holiday destination, as it offers good weather for 12 months of the year and exotic surroundings.

“This means there is strong demand for rental accommodation in major tourist hotspots all year round, which could be potentially lucrative for buy-to-let investors.

”House prices have been steadily increasing for the last few years as a result of the growing interest in the country. If this trend continues, investors will find themselves in line to benefit from capital appreciation and a larger asking price should they come to sell up in future.
