The Villas
There will be 120 villas, built to the highest standard, of which we have secured 80 for sale in the UK although these are available to the French market as well, so we expect them to sell fast. There will be a choice of 2bed villas with outdoor patio space, or 3bed villas spread over two floors, also with patio space and with a roof terrace. All can be bought with an optional 4.2 x 2.3 metre private pool.
Approaching your villa, you will pass through landscaped gardens of lawns and rose beds. The whitewashed walls, arches and architectural detailing will be very much in keeping with Moroccos finest homes, giving the development a thoroughly authentic feel. As you pass through the low garden gate youll notice, in the corner of your terrace, a small fountain decorated with zellige traditional Moroccan mosaic. This outside space and its barbecue area have been arranged in such a way as to give you relaxed privacy. There is a loggia, a room open to the terrace, off your living room a great place to enjoy the warmth out of the heat of the sun.Inside, the villa is decorated in a Moroccan style and kittedout with highquality furnishings that complement their surroundings. The combination of its unique location and highend finishings means the demand for these properties can be expected to remain very high in the future and potentially strong onward sales can be anticipated.

Our development is situated on the coast road between Aglou Plage and Mirleft (just 15 minutes drive away), two of the delightful settlements dotted along the hundreds of miles of pristine Atlantic coast that sweep down from the tourist centre of Agadir, just north of the Western Sahara. The areas laidback charm has attracted a steady
stream of visitors for decades (it was a highlight of the hippy trail in the 60s and 70s, with Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones among the more celebrated of those who reputedly came here to chill out) and it remains as appealing as ever.
Great Location
The development is on an unspoilt strip of coast about 15 minutes drive from the charming fishing village of Mirleft; a regular free shuttleservice will operate from the resort. It is an hour from the airport and tourist resort of Agadir and close to the cultural, shopping and leisure amenities of Aglou Plage, Tiznit and Sidi Ifni.
