This ancient and picturesque red city has the Atlantic Ocean one hundred miles to the west, and the foothills of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains 30miles to the south and east. A 20 minute drive from Menara airport and the city, in the direction of the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains. There are three golf courses close by. Royal Villas is a 5-hectare (12 acre) secure, walled development with gate keeper and ten luxury villas. Entry is over a private bridge through an imposing entrance. There are three types of villa; Berber plot size 4000m (1 acre), Sekkaia plot size 5000m (1.25 acres), and Kobba 3,500m (0.75 acres). Each villa is set in its own walled landscaped garden with Olive, Palm and Citrus trees, shrubs roses; with heated swimming pool and covered Pergola. All villas have fitted kitchens, bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating. The villas will have electric double wooden doors into their driveways and a covered parking area for at least two cars. There will be two communal tennis courts. There will be a mandatory maintenance contract, which will cover property insurance, gardens, pool and all service utilities. There will be an optional contract to cover the employment of domestic staff and the letting of the villas if required.
