Domaine Royal Palm is located 12 kilometres from Marrakech Medina, on a quiet road to Lalla Takerkoust Dam.

5 % upon signature of the reservation contract
30% upon signature of the preliminary contract
25% upon completion of the ground floor
15% upon completion of the main structure
10 % when the roof is put on

You will hold full title to your property with a publicly recorded deed of sale.

Calculate to pay stamp duty of 2.5%, legal fees of 1.1%, notary fees of 0.5%, land registry between 1.5% and 2%, dispatch fees of around 30 euros and a further 30 euros for the necessary certificates and documentation.
