Full Description
North of Asilah town this community will occupy acres of prime sea front land. The land is accessed by the main coastal road linking Asilah to Tangier.
The community will comprise over 200 low-rise apartments and penthouses all with direct access to miles of Virgin golden beaches. There will be green zones with park-like areas, lawns, palm trees and flower borders.
On-site facilities will include swimming pools, cafe/bar, rental/management office, mini-market, gymnasium and water sports hire centre.
It will be a gated community with 24-hour security. Due to the importance of the development it is envisaged that the local authority may install a police post and Red Cross medical centre.
A regular bus service to and from Asilah town will be available. Golfers will be pleased to know that the 18 hole par 70 Tangier Golf Course can be reached in under 30 minutes from Asliah. Expect to pay around 20 €; a round.
